食品業界にとって最も重要な国際イベントの一つである、FOODEXフェアで国内公式選抜が東京で開催されます。
このイベントはパネットーネ日本協会および製粉販売会社Roots社のコラボレーションで実現し、ICE共同開催され、ICE – イタリア貿易振興機関の後援で開催されます。
大会は大きく二つのカテゴリー、伝統的なパネットーネとチョコレートパネットーネで構成されています。
優勝者は日本代表のタイトルを獲得し、2026年11月の世界決勝に進出し、イタリア菓子伝統の卓越性を国際舞台にもたらします。
パネットーネの旅は、文化、技術、情熱の間で続きます。

Panettone World Cup flies to Japan
Tokyo will host the official Japanese selection at FOODEX, one of the most important international events for the food world.
The event is organized in collaboration with the Panettone Japan Association and Roots, and is sponsored by ICE – Agency for the Promotion Abroad and Internationalization of Italian Businesses.
Two major categories are competing:
Traditional Panettone
Chocolate Panettone
The winners will win the title of Japan’s representatives and advance to the World Final in November 2026, bringing the excellence of the Italian confectionery tradition to the international stage.
The journey of panettone continues, between culture, technique and passion.
