我們很榮幸宣布歷史性的里程碑：Panettone 世界盃，將首次在台北醒吾科技大學舉行台灣官方選拔賽。
為了呈現完美賽事，我們特別與郁盛餐飲設備有限公司 Splendid Foodservice 攜手合作，並在 義大利經貿辦事處（ICE）的協助下，將這場國際盛宴帶到大家面前，共同見證卓越職人精神。
頂尖烘焙大師將角逐兩大競賽類別: 🍞 經典原味（傳統）義大利水果麵包，以及 🍫 巧克力義大利水果麵包。
參賽者的終極目標，就是贏得台灣代表權，並於 2026 年 11 月代表台灣出征，直接挑戰世界總決賽。
頂級發酵工藝的旅程，正持續在世界各地凝聚文化、技術與熱情。

Panettone World Cup lands in Taiwan!
We are proud to announce a historic milestone: for the first time, Taipei will host Taiwan’s official selection at the prestigious Hsing Wu University.
An event celebrating excellence, held in collaboration with Splendid Foodservice and with the valuable patronage of ICE – Agency for the Promotion Abroad and Internationalization of Italian Businesses.
Master pastry chefs will compete in two broad categories: 🍞 Traditional Panettone 🍫 Chocolate Panettone
The goal? Win the title of Taiwan’s representative and fly directly to the World Final in November 2026.
